Corporate Workshops
Alex Humes trained in Integral Somatic Psychology with its founder Dr. Raja Selvam, as a practising Shadow Worker with Shadow Work Europe, and internationally certified as a Somatic Coach and Embodied Facilitator with Mark Walsh. He leads full day or half-day workshops in group bonding, confidence, and presentation, and has facilitated groups in prisons, charities, and in companies of all sizes, from multi-national corporations to small independents.
